Our Technology

Buzz Channel technology has been built entirely in-house by technology enthusiasts who believe that the best technology should be beautiful and simple for people to use, no matter how sophisticated or powerful. What's more, we have users sitting right next to the development team so there's no need for us to guess what researchers and marketers might need.

We are extremely proud of what we've created - particularly the ease with which people can start using our software, belying the amazing complexity it can handle. 

For example, you might build a survey yourself within minutes and issue it to your panel or email list. Immediately, you can start analysing your results and build and share management reports.  Simple.  Yet if you had a large tracking study, with enormous amounts of logic, visual question types, multiple respondent sources and in 10 different languages (including the left to right), our standard tools are ready and waiting.

At our heart, we are geeks who are always excited about new technologies, but we never lose sight of the fact that not everyone is like us. Would you believe us if we said our greatest pleasure is talking to our clients to see what they actually need, and then making it happen?

So to the technology part - well, we build everything on top of the Microsoft stack and we host with Rackspace, the host of choice to the Fortune 100 companies.  Having said that, there's one or two in the office right now secretly excited by xcode and iOS5 apps - but that's another story, coming to a page near here very soon.
